To reset password:
- Go to the system login page.
- Click “Forgot Password?”.
- Type in your Email address and click the Submit
- Check your inbox for a password reset email.
- Click on the URL provided in the email and enter a new password.
- If you don't see the email in your inbox:
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- Make sure email address is not blocked.
- Try contacting your email service provider.
Note*: We don't store password information, so we can't give you the existing password on your account.
